Remember, the brain is an amazing organ and can come up with all sorts of scenarios, thoughts and images.
There aren't any no-nos. A disturbing thought doesn't mean that we are crazy or weird.
It's summer time and there are many activities that can lift us up out of the dark cloud of OCD. And yes, sometimes OCD tags along. Sometimes it is hard to ignore and can put a damper on whatever fun we are having.
Best thing we can do is to stay mindful that the OCD symptoms are like bullies in the brain. It's as if several bullies are behind a glass wall making faces at us, trying to scare us. Not happening. Just let them be. Don't wish them away. Laugh at them. That is a way to disarm a bully.
