No Resolutions...

   
     Forget the pressure of resolutions regarding OCD. It can just become another obsession. Instead, begin fighting back the 'OCD bully' in your brain, with little steps each day. Start with the less fearful obsessions and work your way up to the big ones. Gradually but consistent...that's the key to being free of OCD!
