Do you ever get those OCD thoughts that tell you not to do a certain thing or else something 'bad' will happen to you or someone you care about? Or maybe the OCD 'bully' tells you that you better 'do' some ritual or check something one more time...or else!!!
The key is that we just have to take the chance and do what the OCD bully is telling us will surely bring gloom and doom, and/or not do any ritual or repeated checking DESPITE the threats inside our heads that there will be dire consequences.
Stick your tongue out at the 'OCD' bully and IGNORE the threats. Go for it. TAKE the chance. Each time we do, it makes us stronger for the next challenge.
