There are lots of OCD books on the market today. I have found all of them helpful in one way or another. Here is a short list that you might find helpful. Check your local library and eBay, and if not there, then Amazon.com is sure to have any of these.
1- Stop Obsessing by Edna Foa, Ph.D
2- Confronting The Bully Of OCD by Linda Maran (written by a sufferer - step-by step guidance learned from her therapist.) (Author's book)
3- Tormenting Thoughts and Rituals by Ian Osborne, MD
4- Brain Lock by Jeffrey M. Schwartz, MD
5- Getting Control by Lee Baer Ph.D (I have not read this particular one, but the reviews are excellent.)
